We appreciate responsible reports concerning security issues in Point-IT services.
Responsible disclosure
- Use the contact form and select Responsible disclosure.
- Describe the affected service, impact and reproduction steps without unnecessary personal data.
- Do not access, change or delete data that does not belong to you.
- Do not perform denial-of-service testing, social engineering or automated high-volume scanning.
- Allow reasonable time for investigation before public disclosure.
This policy is not authorisation to test third-party systems or systems outside Point-IT's control.
